Become an Anew Vacation Preferred Partner!

Understanding the importance of professional referrals, Anew Vacation offers travel agents, booking agents, and real estate brokers a Preferred Partner Program. Preferred Partners will receive a referral commission for every client referral (even if that client comes to us directly in the future), exclusive promotions for featured properties, and unparalleled customer service for all client referrals.

Preferred Partners will receive 10% referral commission (rates may increase depending upon the property), early payouts (at client check-in), and access to exclusive promotions.

How to proceed…

  • Complete the Preferred Partner registration form below
  • Browse properties and locations as requested and/or needed by your clients
  • Select a property
  • Contact an Anew Vacation Account Manager to review the property’s availability, options and amenities
  • Alert your Account Manager to any special needs that your client might have before their stay
  • Complete or have your client complete the Membership Agreement
  • Arrange for payment (via MC/Visa, American Express, or Wire Transfer)
  • Your agreed upon referral commission will be paid upon your client’s check-in
  • Your client will be greeted at the property with a Gourmet Gift Basket and personalized card from you (your client will always remain your client)

Travel Partners

10% - 20% (based on property) for all GUESTS referred to Anew Real Estate at full price booking for the life of the Client (based on the rental rate alone – see posted rates at www.AnewVacation.com)

The AGENT should remind their Client that they will be obligated to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Anew Real Estate, the county, state, and federal government. Please refer to all posted policies.

Understands that AGENT may not use the images provided to represent that he or she has any claim to the properties other than in a booking capacity. Anew Real Estate is the ONLY entity that has the right to rent any of its properties.

AGENT may NOT advertise any individual Anew Real Estate property in any separate venues (i.e. via pay-per-click advertising, magazine ads, phone books, internet banner ads, phone rooms, etc…).

AGENT may NOT schedule individual tours of any of the properties without prior permission and scheduled appointment from Anew Real Estate. Tours are only permitted if the property is unrented; a very rare occurrence.

All prices and terms are posted at www.AnewVacation.com and are determined by the property of interest. These prices and terms are subject to change without notice at any time.
